Face to Face coaching

While we are happy to offer a completely online service, we do recommend some face-to-face interaction where possible. None of the activities below are standard 'off-the-shelf' training (though there is almost always some of that). Instead, they are customised specifically for your needs.

Agile Audit

Let's start with an Agile Audit - a very good place to start. We combine our expertise in Enterprise-wide Business Analysis with our extensive experience of Agile to review where your organisation is on its Agile journey and recommend ways forward.

We will discuss the Audit beforehand and tailor it to your specific needs. Depending on the size of your organisation and the objectives you want to achieve from the audit this can take anything from 2 to 10 days.

Agile Awareness

Particularly useful for companies in the early stages of Agile adoption, this is a set of tailored workshops designed to:

• Build an understanding of what Agile and what it can do for you
• Encourage interaction to build a model of your organisational position
• Initiate development of an Agile adoption strategy
• Workshops can be generic or focused on particular parts of your organisation (e.g. Management team, Developers, Business Analysts, Planners and Project Managers)

Issue specific workshop sessions
